Near-term restructuring activities have positioned SEDCO NOBLE DUBAI LLC as an autonomous entity of Noble Resources Holdings LLC, Switzerland, with interests in Oil Trading & Investment in bulk purchase of Energy Products by third-party entities under mutually agreed terms.
The New Management Focus: The new management of SEDCO NOBLE DUBAI LLC is investing resources in commodity and energy trading— Sulphur and Gold (60% of our focus), plus petroleum (EN590, Jet A1) and oil trading.
