Near-term restructuring activities have positioned SEDCO NOBLE DUBAI LLC as an autonomous entity of Noble Resources Holdings LLC, Switzerland, with interests in Oil Trading & Investment in bulk purchase of Energy Products by third-party entities under mutually agreed terms.
The New Management Focus: The new management of SEDCO NOBLE DUBAI LLC is also investing resources towards delivering solid results in facilitating legitimate trade finance for Sulphur and Gold transactions. Unlike general commodity traders, we focus 60% of our efforts on these high-value, finance-intensive commodities.
